Help with Andersen Window Crank

Handy Person from Vermont
Hi- Wondering if you can help in identifying this crank for an Andersen casement window. I've not been able to find any numbers/marks on the window itself and not sure when it would have been installed. Please let me know if I can provide more information or additional photos. Thank you.

Thanks for posting. Would it be possible to show us the entire operator, including the arm(s) that come out of the back of the gear box and control the window? A bird's eye view, with either the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would be best. We'll do our best to narrow this all down from there.

Hi- Thanks for the response. I've uploaded some addition photos and also located the following numbers once the window was open:
9436A-3
1361462
01/10/03/2 (production date?)
1361408 R

Looking around you site with this information, it seems like the Andersen Split Arm Crank with Product Code 39-264 might be a replacement?

Thank you! I agree, the 39-264 looks like a great option. As long as the arm sizes match up then you should be good to go.

I'm not sure what the production date may be from that code, but it's usually printed on the glass, not the part itself. What I can tell you is that if your window was made between 1995 to 1998, you will additionally need our 39-362 adapter to allow it to mount properly to your window.
