Help with Balance Spring

Question

Need help in choosing the correct coil balance spring. Broken spring is 1/2 inch thick with no markings. Seems to be a match with your Series 190 but I don't know which one (440-940). Window dimension (glass portion) is 26 3/8 inches X 25 7/8 inches.

Also, can you please confirm that the below are what matches with the picture? Is there a complete set/kit available? I would need both left and right.

I agree that your photo looks like a match to our 15-180 pivot shoe, as well as the list of related items on the product page.

As for your S190 coil springs, there should be a stamp on your original coils that indicate the strength option you need. If not, you'll need to weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the number of coils in the window to choose the correct strength option. Thank you!
