The metal part measures 27'' long and ~1/2'' wide. The bottom fitting measures 1-3/32'', I think S350 will be an option, I am just wondering about the difference between S350 and S385. Thank you!

That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts.
