Help with Handle Set & Lock
Thanks for posting. If the mortise lock doesn't engage, then it sounds like it might need to be replaced. See our 82-218. The video below shows how to install it. If you did need a new handle set, take a look at our 82-086. Keep in mind it looks like both your handle set and mortise lock are installed 'upside down', relative to how they are normally installed. This shouldn't be an issue, just keep it in mind when comparing your hardware to our recommendations.
Apologies, I should have understood what you meant. If you just need the latch, rather than a whole new handle set, see our 82-107.
Tks. I noticed to it was upside down but door is on opposite side and the handles will hit wall if installed other way! Im going to get mortise lock and just need the toggle latch do you have that part number? Toggle latch broke too do i need a while new handle set ir do you have part numbet for just latch
