Need some help with with Identification on this part. I measured the part that is visible and the best guess it is about .75" tall - excluding the height of the portion hidden that pushes on the spring. So this one is really wide. It is about 3" excluding the locking tab. Any ideas what might work?

Hey there! Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that we don't have an exact match for this. In terms of design, the 91-140 is similar but we can't promise it will work.
Storm window latches like this are a dying breed since most homeowners are opting for vinyl windows. As a result, these latches are getting harder and harder to get as the years go by. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
