Help with Replacement Parts

These are 30" long with stamps of 2930 (smaller window) and 2950 (larger window) - based on your site it looks like either S380 or S385 to me. Appreciate any suggestions to get the right ones ordered. Thanks!

Here are a few more pictures of the channel balance, the sticker in the window, and a top sash guide. I need a replacement top sash guide and was wondering if the one shown in the picture is your product code 18-161 (Norandex Sash Guide) in black? Thanks!

Hello,
I agree that your combination of attachments indicates that you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2630 spring strength options for your smaller window and 2950 for the larger window balances.
