Help with Weathershield parts

Dear Swissco,

We have three windows that are affected and two of them have short handles and one of them has a long handle.
This to inquire if you have the parts we can use.

If this helps, here is the original serial number for the smaller handle: C-31-56-1/2-1650 ( need 2)

The one of the long handle is: C-31-64-1/2-1650. ( need 1)

We need three handles and 3 hinge and track openers.

We appreciate any help you can give us.

We should be able to help with this. I'll just need more information since I couldn't cross-reference the numbers given here. Can you show us a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible?

Thank you for the additional photos! Your operator looks like an older version of the 39-171 and 39-172 which are compatible with the 39-114L and 39-102 handles. Have a look at the specifications for these parts and let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you Emily. However, they do not look like the ones we have. Is the the only option we have? We were hoping for more identical pieces.

The 39-102 is our best and only match for the T-handle. We do sell another handle, the 39-114, but we only sell this in white and beige. I am very sorry we can't offer something better.
