Help with Window lock

Question

I have windows with no known markings on them. I am trying to order replacement locks for a few of them as they are broken. Is part number 90-308 and 90-309 the same as what I have?

I did measure and the mounting holes are 2 1/4".

If I order and they do not fit, what is your return policy?
