Help with a channel balance

Question

I believe that the S770 is the channel balance I need but not for sure. Have attached pictures of it installed in window. But not sure how to remove window in order to remove the channel.

It is stamped with 34B. The channel measure 34 inches

Any suggestions or advice you could give would be great.

I'm afraid I can't confirm if the Series 770 is a match. Did you see our video on how to replace it? That may shed some light on what you need to do.
