Help with a door handle

I need to replace this Interlock handle, the posts are 4 15/16" OC. They attach with a screw thru the side of the post onto receivers on the door. If you look real close you will see the the screw has broken on the the bottom one.

Thanks for writing in! We have a handle style that attaches to the door in the manner you've described but I'll need to see the entire handle set as well as a photo of the compatible mortise lock to determine if ours are the correct replacement.

The photo of the exterior handle does not provide enough information to identify what you need.

Thanks for the additional photos. This handle set can be replaced with the 82-080 Mortise Style Handle Set; the keyed version is the 82-081. Carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them to determine if this is the right replacement.

The mortise lock is sold separately from the set.
