Help with a replacement handle

Need entire assembly with lock and handle. Thickness of door is 1- 1/32"

3-7/8 center to center for installation holes.

Looks just like this one shown in the images but needs a key lock too.

Hi there!

I'm afraid we don't have a handle set with 3-7/8" hole center spacing but I'm reminded of our 82-003 which is compatible with the 82-306 keyed exterior pull. This has 3-15/16" hole center spacing so I recommend double checking yours to confirm this matches up. Note, this handle set is designed for doors that are 1" thick. You said your door is 1-1/32" thick but this handle set might work as-is. If it doesn't, you can just re-use your old installation screws and locking latch with our handle. Look this over and see what you think.
