Hello,The mechanism has become stripped, and the windows won't close or close with great difficulty. according to this page:
your Product: 39-278 will replace our old cranks.
I just want to be sure about the 3/8 inch hole. Please see my picture I've attached to this email.
Do the two products shown below connect the new part to the window? 33-207, and 33-081 .
Thanks,
David

I believe what you are showing us in the photo is the back end of a "grooved" rivet, which takes an "e" clip to hold the operator arm to the linkage. Take a closer look from the outside to confirm and let me know.

Yes. This photo taken outside shows two e-clips holding two rivets in place. The obvious question is: what do I buy to replace them, or should I just reuse them?
I forgot to mention, we have the 11500-11 cranks. The full number written on the handle is: 60-c-11500-11
Also, we might be interested in a few of those crank handles which "fold in." This allows the blind to hang straight down without touching the handle. Do you sell those, and will they work with the 39-278 cranks?

You should be able to reuse the "E" clip, but if not we do sell the 21-161. That might fit.
I'm afraid there is no fold down handle to fit this type of awning window. They only use the regular type of handle. |
