Help with channel balance

Hi, can you help me determine the correct replacement part?
Pictures attached. Thank you!
- Non-tilt channel balance
- 1/2" wide
- 25" long
- 2420 imprint on the channel

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S351-25 and S390-25 channel balances with the 2420 stamp option. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below.

The other part in your photos is called a top sash guide, but yours is too damaged to ID. We'll need to see photos of an intact version removed from the window.

The manufacturer added a section indicating that a wheel can be included for their sliding windows. They did this to reduce production costs. The 18-110B now serves dual purposes for both sliding and double-hung windows. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
