Help with channel balance

Based on your 32 5 stamp, these are all S385-33 or S380-33 balances with 3250 stamp options. To determine which Series in particular, measure your bottom plastic shoe as shown below. A 1" shoe will mean you need a Series 380, but a 1-3/32" shoe would indicate a Series 385. Then, measure your metal channel from end to end to verify that it's 33" long, and weigh your window sash. The 3250 option holds a 28 to 32 pound sash for both of the balances you're looking at.
