Help with correct fit

Question

Hello,

I need:
20 channel balance marked as 2830 (some as 28c) - 29" L and 1/2" w
2 channel balance marked as 16b - 17" L and 1/2" w
6 channel balance marked as 1640 - 17" L and 1/2" w.
8 channel balance marked as 1620 - 17" L and 1/2" W.
Some of the windows had one side 1640 and one side 1620, is that O.K?
I also need a top sash guide that fit.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for the two balances having different stamps in the same window, that is definitely not okay. They have to be identical. You will need to weigh the sash in those cases to determine the proper stamp. We have a chart on each balance store page that tells you exactly how much weight each stamp supports, so all you have to do is get a weight and check the chart.
