Help with correct replacement balance

Question

I have remove one of the sash balances from a double hung anderson window I have. I have not included images, since the numbers are to diffucult to photograph. One side has the following number: C23 6#23 10-85. The other side has 11600-3. Can you please tell me which replacement part I need? Thank you.

That's okay, I think we can figure this out without images. The key number here is 6#23. This can be replaced with our 24-637 Andersen sash balance.
