Hi. I've got a casement window that I can no longer get to close with the crank handle. It opens fine. I've taken the cover off and it appears the part that's circled no long stays set when turning to close the window.
The only markings I see on the operator at "Truth" and then the numbers "31" on one side and "09" on the other. Hoping my pictures will help.

It appears that the spline that the handle fits onto is stripped. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 operators to see how they compare to your original. For a new handle and cover, take a look at the 39-107 and 39-114L. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
