Help with id of window balance

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where two windows in my home are unable to support their weight, resulting in them not staying open. Despite my efforts to locate an exact match, I have been unsuccessful. Could you kindly assist me with finding a solution?

Thanks for writing in. I'm confident we can replace these balances for you, but I am afraid those stamps are not identifiers. Rather they tell us the strength of the balances--an important thing to know, but we'll need more information to pinpoint the right replacement for you. Specifically I need pictures of the nylon fittings or attachments at either end of the metal channels. Those fittings are what identify the balance Series you're looking for. If you can send us pictures of those attachments, we should be able to narrow this down for you in short order.
