My Ryan home has NVR 2100 series single hung windows that won't stay open and the tilt window latches frequently fly off and fall on the floor. Are replacement parts available to fix both of these problems, or would I have to replace the entire window? If parts are available can they be installed by the average homeowner or require professional installation. And, are they only available through your website, or are there any stores like 84Lumber that would stock replacement parts for windows installed in 2008? Thank you, Randy

The video helped make my latches more secure in the frame, but what about the parts that hold the window open?

If you need new channel balances as well, we may be able to help but we would need to see an intact balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
