Help with new window cords

Hi there!

I'm afraid the cords on your channel balance cannot be replaced. If yours broke off, you'll need a new window balance. We'd be happy to help, we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory. I may need more photos and info after that, but I have to know what to ask for first. Just something to keep in mind.
