Hey Nicolene. it looks your window's pivot shoe might be our 15-111, which uses either the Series 160 1/2" thick Coil Balances or the Series 165 3/8" thick Coil Balances. Compare the thickness with your old coil springs to see which series you need. See the video below that details how to remove and replace Coil Balance units. 

For the internal tilt latch and surface lever, you're going to need to remove the surface lever and measure the length of the prongs on its underside as well as the distance between those prongs. That's the crucial dimension with these parts. You can then compare to our selection of surface levers here; if any match, that would also determine the internal tilt latch you need.
