I believe the 15-188 pivot shoe will work for your window but we recommend you compare our dimensions with your old shoe to confirm this matches up. 

As for the pivot bar, take a look at our 26-316. Compare the hole placement dimensions to your old hardware to see if this aligns for what you need.
