Your pivot shoe reminds me of our 15-178 and 15-188 but you'll need to compare our dimensions with yours to see if one of these matches what you need. 

I'm not too sure about the pivot bar, though. I'm going to show this to one of our senior experts and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available.

I believe the 15-188 pivot shoe will work for your window but we recommend you compare our dimensions with your old shoe to confirm this matches up. 

As for the pivot bar, take a look at our 26-316. Compare the hole placement dimensions to your old hardware to see if this aligns for what you need.
