Help with parts order

I have Andersen Casement windows that need the "cranks" replaced. When I try to open the window the handle just turns and I have to manually push the window open. I have two left sided cranks in need of replacement but should probably order the right side replacement for each now. Thank you for your help. I need to order the right item for the person I hired to replace.
