Help with parts: top sash guide

Hi, I need some help identifying the parts I need to repair these broken window balances.The balances themselves are fine, the plastic pieces on top are broken. Any help finding the parts I need is appreciated. I attached some photos showing both good and broken parts. Thanks

Thanks for posting. If you just want to replace the top attachment, see our 19-018 to start. I think this could work for you. You can use our 62-005 rivet to install it to the balance. The video below may also be a big help.
