Thank you for your patience in this matter! We are currently working on a possible replacement for this pivot shoe, and will post again in this thread as soon as it becomes available.

Please see new SWISCO product 15-213, Balance Pivot Shoe, and compare the dimensions to your original pivot. Does this look like a good replacement product?
