Help with pivot shoe

Hi, I bought one your 3/8" pivot shoes last week but the slot for the window tilt bar is too small, per the pic I uploaded. Do you have something that will fit my shoe?

Your pivot shoe looks like it might be a bit wider. If you could confirm the exact width and thickness of your show, we'd be happy to look into your replacement options.

Hi Casey,

Its 15/16, I believe. Its the same width as the 15-045 shoe. And its 3/8" thick. Its about 1/16 shorter than the 15-045.

Also, I was thinking: Might there be a way for me to use a different pivot bar, one that would fit the 15-045, just wondering?

Our 15-212 pivot shoe is 15/16" wide and the thickness is 3/8". The center came will accept the larger pivot bar measuring 5/16 X 3/16". Thanks for posting!
