Help with proper equipment selection

Question

Hello - I need a crank arm assembly including short and long arm, with R-side crank. The short arm has 30841L and 20310 imprinted. The long arm has no detailed markings. I also need the short arm mounting bracket (I don't need the long arm bracket). Finally I want to order a new matching operator cover and operator handle.

Can you help me know what parts to order?
