Help with proper replacement size for spiral balances

Hello,
Not sure which product is needed for my double hung windows. I am not sure the weight of the window but the length of the metal tube is 30" and the tip is red and the diameter is 3/8ths. The series S600-30 was close but not the diameter.

Hi there!

If you have a tilt window and the outer tube diameter is 3/8", my recommendation would be the Series 900 spiral balance with the red tip option. Take a look and see what you think.
