Need replacement hardware kit to include pivot shoes
12" 3/8 non tilt

The 12" balancer is for a bathroom window. I'm guessing a white tip

Thank you for reaching out to us. You can use the S400-12 for your nontilt window spiral balance. The bracket on your sash is either the 7-010 attached to the inside of the sash side, or the 17-031 on the bottom of the sash. Review the specifications along with the related media guides and see what you think.
