Thanks for writing in. This looks like either a Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. To know what length to select, measure the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end. This length should be 33", but check to be sure. Finally you'll need to select a stamp option. Your stamp code of 32 9 is from an older rating system we no longer use. To know what stamp option to select, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
