Help with replacement parts

Question

Hello-

I need to replace a sash support/coil balance and I'm not to familiar with which ones to get for my pre-existing windows? Additionally I also need the support accessories as well. In regards to the sash I measured it as a 1/2 inch, however when I looked at the one on your site series 152 coil balance is asked for the weight of the window. Lastly I uploaded pictures of the window.

It looks like you might have our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 190 Coil Balances, but it would be best to remove the assembly from the window to confirm this. Look for stamp numbers on the coil springs to know what spring weights you need. If there are none or you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of your window sash. Give us that exact weight and we'll work out what you need.
