Help with replacement parts

looking for replacement parts. I could not see any marks on the band for the weight. The window weighs 15 pounds

Thanks for posting. See the 15-180 Pivot Shoe and Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. If the sash weighs exactly 15 pounds, you can use the S190-740 7 pound spring, one on each side of the sash. That will give you 14 pounds of overall support. Being within 1 pound of the actual sash weight works just fine. If your old coil cover and drums are undamaged you can reuse them--otherwise, see the 15-181 an 15-186.
