Help with roller

we purchased this door in 2006 it's supposed to be a jelled window j e l d w e n patio door bought it from Lowe's they sent me their new design but it will not work the roller they sent me has two rollers on it and hours only has one roller on it one on each end I've talked to everybody under the sun including the rep for Lowe's for those brand name doors and he said he has no clue which didn't make much sense to me I put those back in because the ones they sent me did not work obviously I hope we can find a set my name is Jim

Hey Jim. Our closest match to this roller is our 81-287. It looks very similar, but compare the dimensions shown below with your old hardware and let me know if anything differs.

IT LOOKS VERY CLOSE IT MOUNTS WITH ONE SCREW DOES IT COME WITH SCREW ? OK SO HOW DO I GET TWO OF THESE JIM THANKS

Hey, Jim. This roller comes with an adjustment screw, but not a mounting screw. We recommend reusing the original to ensure that it mounts to the door the same way.
