Help with spiral window channel

Question

Hello... Im working on a old set windows.. Looking for all parts for these spiral assemblies (pics 1 right/1 left) and the last 2 pic of base ends of same units.
I look forward to hearing from you, for expertise in help me to purchase the correct items.

In addition to previous info. The length of spiral assemblies are 24" long.
Need to resolve issue with window soon. Please give me info to make purchases to complete work on these types of Windows C. Walker

Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, your balance system is no longer being made and the manufacturer is no longer in business. Based on what you are showing us, I believe you have a 5/8" thick 24" spiral balance. Like to see some photos of your window sash and if possible where the nylon/metal shoe locks into. Lastly, do you have a metal or wood sash?
