Help with stamp option

A quick learner says:
I have a 13 9 GX CMC 7 channel. I have measured everything and found that I need a 14" 385 channel with the 15-004 shoe and 19-005 top (correct me if I'm wrong) however when it comes to the stamp option, I'm not sure which one I should order. I weighed the window that will be moving up and down (I'm assuming this is referred to as the sash) and it is around 19 lbs.
Thank you!

Thanks for posting! Yes, that part of the window is known as a sash. Yours is extra heavy for this size balance, but fortunately we can custom make it for you. I'm going to go with the 1365 option, which can carry 18 through 20 pounds. If that sounds good to you, let me know how many you need and I can email you a custom balance order link. There is a minimum purchase quantity of 2.
