The 27" Series 380 channel balance appears to be our match. Unsure which stamp option to choose, and not able to weigh the window easily. The only visible print on the old balance is:
36 4 KR Caldwell.

Hey, Todd. A stamp of 36 4 usually corresponds to our 3640 option.
