Help with three Tilt window parts

Question

We need new tension rods, top clips and gasket to insulated the bottom of the window.  Could you please help me identify these parts?  Thank you for your help on the pivot bars!  Those fit perfectly.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your window uses either the 3/8" diameter tube Series 900 or the 5/8" tube Series 600 spiral balance. You will need to measure to confirm the right fit.

For the tilt latches, please review the dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244. It would be best to compare the style to an undamaged version if possible.

For the gasket/weather seal, we will need to see an undamaged piece removed where we can see a clear image of the end profile. From there we can compare to our selection to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option. Thank you!
