Help with what channel balance I have

Thanks for reaching out to us. This balance reminds me of the S751-28. However, your bottom shoe is different from the default one that comes with it. Yours has a style closer to the 15-233 which means this would have to be a custom order. 

• Can you confirm that the metal tab portion looks the same as shown below? 
• Can you also confirm the width of the metal channel? Ours will measure 9/16" wide. 
• How does the balance install at the top of the window? 
• Can you weight the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight? 

Thank you for confirming that information for us. To outline this for you, we'll use the S751-28 with the 27TG stamp and 15-233 shoe attached. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 24 to 31 pounds. We don't sell a shoe with your specifications but the 15-233 should still work. Please note that the Series 751 doesn't use a screw for installation. Since your old balance does, you would have to drill holes at the top of the metal channels to match your old balance.
