I don't see a stamp on it, there is the number 4 on one of the coils.

Your pivot shoe resembles an older version of our 15-180 which is compatible with the Series 190 coil spring. Please compare the dimensions on the product pages to confirm a good match. If your coil is stamped with a #4, please review the S190-440. Individually, this coil balance can hold 4 pounds. This is added together with the other coils to support the whole weight of the sash.
