Help with window balance identification

Home Owner from West Mifflin, PA
This is from my tilt sash window. I cannot find any markings on the window to designate its make. 2130 is the only marking that is on the balance itself.
The spring is what is broken (see IMG_3028) so if a suitable replacement for the whole balance unit is not available would the spring be available as a replacement item? I can provide measurements when needed as well.

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance is assembled with a 15-036 Channel Balance Hook, so the replacements will need to be custom assemblies. Before I can provide you with the order link to review the quote and place the order, I'll need to confirm just a few details.

Please confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the attachments. I'll also need to know the exact weight of your sash. Unfortunately, the 2130 stamp from your balance cannot be cross-referenced with the stamps on the replacement channels.

The last thing I'll need to confirm is the number of balances you'd like purchase; the is a quantity minimum of (2) balances.

Feel free to reach out with any other questions!

The length of the channel is 22 1/16". The weight of the sash is 13.4 lbs. I would like a quote on two balances please.
Also would this come with pivot shoes? Thank You.

Thanks for confirming! I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of these custom assemblies. You'll be able to use this link to review the quote and add the balances to your online cart.

The shoe typically used with this hook is the 15-105 Pivot Shoe but you'll need to carefully compare it to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

Good morning I finally was able to measure my pivot shoe for the custom hook balances. The 1 1/4 measurement from your diagram is perfect. I was concerned about my thickness measurements.
Are my thickness measurements as close as I can get to using the 15-105?
The 3103 image is a measurement of the pivot opening.

Also any suggestions on replacing these shoes in a metal frame?

Thank You

The measurements appear to match. I am confident the 15-105 should work as a suitable replacement for your replacement. This is the shoe compatible with the hook.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.
