I have a Mercer window and need to replace the broken window balance. Can you please help me identify the correct part number? Thank you.

Hi there!

I believe we can help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That would be located in the middle of the channel.

Perfect! Thank you kindly for getting back to me. I recommend our S380-27 or S385-27 based on the photos you've uploaded. The best match will ultimately come down to the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. You will also want to select the 2640 stamp option.
