Help with window balances,

A quick learner from Dallas, TX says:
I know you asked for pictures of the parts removed, but I don't really know how to do that. I'd be glad to try with guidance. I've replaced other window balances but these springs seem like they could go sproing and hurt me. Any help appreciated. This is also a large window, 45"wide by 65" tall and I might need to find a helper to hold it while I get them out, too.

Hi there!

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. This looks like it might be our 15-087 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 180 coil springs. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need. I've attached some videos below on the pivot shoe removal process as well.
