Attached are pictures with stamps and dimensions. The balance itself is 26-3/4 inches long. The sash is about 31~32 lbs.
Also attached is the top sash guide I need to replace too. Do I need to take it off to measure it or you can tell me which one it is from the look? Also the channel width is 1/2 (9/16). The wings are about 15/16 in width.
