Do you know roughly how long is the protruding lock shaft of the 38-090? Is it around 1 5/8 inches?
Will your 33-108 screw work on this handle?

The lock shaft from the bottom of the base to the end is 1-3/4" long. As for the screw, I believe you would need a #6 screw 1/2" long to attach the 38-090. We always suggest using the existing screws on the old lock to be sure it is the correct one.
