Helping to repair windows

Question

I am trying to help a family member repair broken windows. Two windows have no window balances in them at all. I found a same size window for one of them and removed the balance. It is a 2730. I also believe I found the balances for the bigger window. I think it is a 2740. I measured the end to figure out if it is a 15-001 or a 15-002. Mine measure 1 1/16", not sure then if it is the 1" or the 1 1/8". Could you help me determine which balances I need? I did not take any pictures of the windows themselves but they are Viking vinyl windows.

Please see our S395-28 channel balance. This appears to match what you have. This comes with the 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom. I believe you have the 15-001, and that it just wore down a little over time.
