Hello! Based on your description, it sounds like you want a new mortise lock. Yours in particular looks like a close match to our 82-218. However, that alone won't solve your problem. It looks like the actual door frame to which your mortise installs has ripped away. That means that any replacement we suggest will not be able to install, since there's nothing to screw to. There's not really a good way to fix this. That's one long continuous piece of frame. We do sell the 82-227 mortise lock, which comes with an elongated face plate. This might work if you drill new holes for it. You'd need to check if you have room for it, and you may need to adjust the lock or keeper to make up for the plate difference, but it's worth considering. |
