Herculite-K latch

Hello...I have a customer looking for a latch for a patio door. It has no
markings on the door but the glass says, "Herculite-K" from 2003. I attached photos of the latch and on the side of the latch is a squiggle line (like the symbol for "approximately") with an upside down rounded "V" under it. I attached two photos of the latch above. It is approximately 6-1/8" long.

Hello...my customer brought in more info from the glass of the door: 99-7 AAPC WS-5. I don't know if this helps or not. Thank you...
