Hettick right rear socket for sliding cabinet drawer

I want to replace the broken right rear socket for a sliding cabinet drawer. It is a Hettich product, brown plastic, on Quaker Maid cabinets that were probably installed in the 1990's. The drawer has this written on the bottom: C45655 (28) C.W.W.

Before we get started, could you write out the measurement for the opening that takes the track?

It's about 1 inch by 5/16th inch. This is the widest part of the opening not accounting for the small overhang at the top of the slot. Sorry, I thought I already sent this response a few days ago! Thanks for responding to my question.
