Hex Key for Thumb Turn

What size is the hex key shown in the parts image at 82-400?

I've tried all the small metric and English hex keys I can find on the thumb turn on my Atrium lockset but cannot get it loose, so the set won't come out. Seems to be close to 1/16". Thanks.
