Thanks for posting. This looks like the base bar for a casement window hinge. I am afraid this component is not sold separately from a new hinge; so if you need to replace it, it's best to replace the entire hinge set in the window. See if our 10" 36-048 matches the dimensions of your old hinges. Let me know what you find.
